    I have two rooms available in a 3 bdrm house. I'm the owner so it isn't a corporate thing, it's more a live and let live deal. I like it because you can shoot down to I-5 or back into Renton. The house is a bit funky, I'm refinishing the hardwood floors now. The rooms are pink and black, with ceiling fans, a window or two, and share a common bathroom. The kitchen is the next big project I'm shooting for early 2025. But it has all the modern amenities, big fridge, dishwasher, disposal, et. al. I have a big dog, who loves people, and an old cat (17 years). I would rather not add too many pets to the mix. You would have to enjoy large dogs, but your room would be private and pet free. I am in my 40's, I have lived with many roommates over the years. It is ideal if you work downtown or somewhere in South Seattle (way better than Centralia). Transit is a bit away, about 1/4 mile to train, a few blocks to the bus. It has parking, and I think it's a pretty good deal if you drive (you can get closer if you take transit, honestly). If you work out, I have a power-rack and a treadmill. I can get a pretty good workout in the garage, and it would be available to you 24 hours a day. Anyways, still working on preparing the rooms after the last tenants, but would love to meet and see if there is interest. 40 application fee with smart move, all other fees are negotiable. Landlord is human, and most things are negotiable. I added some interim photos, going to refinish the hardwood floors this weekend and do some baseboard moulding. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it black, the former roommate really rocked it, and it can be cool. Month to month is preferred. Could negotiate longer if a good fit. Pretty standard lease, and just about everything is negotiable.
