Nice and quiet community with really nice walking trails Community pool and gym No smoking/no drugs/no pets - we can maybe talk about a turtle or something but no dogs or cats Google Fiber internet Super convenient shopping, close to 540/40, lots of places to eat. Right now the room has a bed in it, can throw the bed away or something if you have your own. There is another room for rent as well, I am open to renting both rooms (2br, 1 private full bath) for $1500/month. **Very Important** 0 dish policy - if the stove is on there is water in the sink to clean as you go. We all clean up after ourselves and respect each others space. Will split utilities - will forward bill and have shared google doc so everything is transparent.
