Nice and quiet community with really nice walking trails Community pool and gym No smoking/no drugs/no pets - we can maybe talk about a turtle or something but no dogs or cats Google Fiber internet Super convenient shopping, close to 540/40, lots of places to eat. Right now the room has a bed in it, can throw the bed away or something if you have your own. **Very Important** 0 dish policy - if the stove is on there is water in the sink to clean as you go. We all clean up after ourselves and respect each others space. Will split utilities - will forward bill and have shared google doc so everything is transparent. I have up to 1 rooms/1bath for rent 1 BR -$750/month If you are asking for anything less than 1 year (6 month or month to month) then the rent will be $800 a month instead. I offer a $50 because you will be sharing a bathroom, but the discount will not apply for anything less than a year lease.
