Right now the room has a bed in it, can throw the bed away or something if you have your own. There is another room for rent as well, I am open to renting both rooms (2br, 1 private full bath) for $1500/month. **Very Important** 0 dish policy - if the stove is on there is water in the sink to clean as you go.
