An ideal housemate is someone who knows how to keep clean :) Ideally, a college student or a young professional. You will get your own bedroom/bathroom.. Kitchen and TV space will be shared with a female. Rental parking is available in the building. First and last month rent ($1500 + $1500) due before moving in. Also, there is a $200 refundable security deposit required. If you need an elevator to move furniture in and out then there are move-in fees ($250) and move-out fees ($250). GREAT NEWS- electricity and internet are included in the rent :) No smoking. No pets. Security deposit ($200) is refunadable. If no damage is done, deposit will be refunded when lease ends.
