We have just done some upgrades to this unit. The pictures do not show these. Once I have finished the clean up I will post new pictures. the upgrades where 1) The upstairs bathroom pedestal sink was replaced with a small cabinet sink. 2) a ceiling fan/lamp has been installed in the living room 3) the bathtub in the main bath has been replaced with a new tub/shower. This duplex is about 1800 square feet The kitchen is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar. Kitchen has stove, refrigerator and a built in microwave. Lots of cabinet and counter space. The living room has a hardwood laminate floor. Their is a washer hookup in the dining room and a dryer in the shed just off the one car carport. This is a quiet part of town no one drives through.
