3 Bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs Note: maximum term is 6 months The garage is one step off of the main level. From the garage, you enter into the kitchen. Off of the kitchen is a den and family room. From there is a hallway with two bedrooms on the front right of the house (when looking at the front doorway from the street.) These first two bedrooms share a bathroom off of the hallway. Taking a short left at the end of the hallway leads you into the master bedroom. It has a walk-in closet and it's own master bath/shower. The 4th bedroom + bath is down stairs. Half of the basement is below grade- the area near the 4th bedroom has windows at grade (as the back yard slopes slightly downwards.) I will try to post some pictures of the inside of the house over the next few days. The house is clean and move-in condition, but slightly 70's ish floor plan / style. After the 6 month rental, I plan on renovating the house, but it is going to take some time to come up with the plans/permits, etc (hence the rental.) Owner pays for water. Tenant responsible for gas, electric, and lawn service.
