The kitchen features spacious shelving and counters, a refrigerator and a large stainless steel sink. The apartment has new split level a/c units with heaters and wall heaters for colder nights. TOURS are by reservation only. Please call or text to reserve a dedicated time slot and receive the address. One prospective tenant tour will occur at a time. Electric and water are included. Recycling and garbage included. Apartment is unfurnished. No pets This is a no smoking property. No AirBnB or subletting. Renters insurance is recommended. First and last months rent due upon contract signing, along with a refundable $700.00 security deposit. Applications can be submitted for consideration after your tour. ID required to receive application. If, after all tours are completed, your application is accepted as the prospective renter, you will be subject to a standard background screening. You will be responsible for the non refundable $52.00 application fee which covers a background check by the Washington State Landlord Organization.
