There is a coin operated laundry room, and a "catch and release" fishing pond on site for your use. Owner pays for water and trash. Tenant responsible for electric, Wi-Fi/cable. 500.00 deposit due at lease signing. Possible occasional inspections of yard and inside/outside RV.
