You must be knowledgeable about RV living and be able to properly care for the RV (ie septic/water tank maintenance, propane tanks, etc). Adults only. There is a coin operated laundry room, and a "catch and release" fishing pond on site for your use. Owner pays for water and trash. Tenant responsible for electric, Wi-Fi/cable. 500.00 deposit due at lease signing. Possible occasional inspections of yard and inside/outside RV.
