Renter may take advantage of a large cable package thru spectrum for under $20 monthly or acquire their own. First month's rent and deposit due at signing. No smoking allowed indoors. Bi-weekly curbside trash pick up, city water and a tidy laundry room. Renter is expected to furnish bedroom linens, basic kitchen items and bathroom items. Renter is expected to maintain certain items such as emptying tanks, swapping propane, interior pest control and general cleanliness of the interior of the rv and immediate patio area. Owner will maintain rv outside and functionality as well as outside pest control and lawn care.
