The home's main entrances and each private room are secured with a key-code locking door; codes are unique to each tenant. You will share a spacious Kitchen, a furnished Great Room, an extra-large Full Bath, and a Laundry Area with a Half-Bath. Parking is available and free. This is one of five bedrooms. One dog per tenant is allowed with an additional fee. No other animals are permitted for this private room rental. This is for a private room in a large shared home just outside of Lansing on 10 acres. The base rent, required fees, and deposit are for one person. This lease is for 3 months or 6 months with a month-to-month option after that. Prospective tenants can book a time to see the property for free. If you are interested in renting this room, you must complete an application (there is a $50 fee to apply). There is also an interview with current fellow tenants. There is a strict no-smoking policy inside or within 25 feet of the premises (some details are below - more details are within the lease agreement). This includes all indoor spaces and any outdoor spaces within 25 feet of the house/decks/garage. To clarify, the designated smoking area is 25 feet or more AWAY from the house/decks/garage.
