The home's main entrances and each private room are secured with a key-code locking door; codes are unique to each tenant. You will share a spacious Kitchen, a furnished Great Room, an extra-large Full Bath, and a Laundry Area with a Half-Bath. Parking is available and free. This room allows one dog with additional fees. No other animals are permitted for this private room rental. Prospective tenants can book a time to see the property. If you are interested in renting this room, you must complete an application (there is a $50 fee to apply). There is also an interview with current fellow tenants.
