This is a house in the country. It has a fenced in back yard and a two car carport with a covered front porch. We did a large remodel 3 years ago including cabinets, counter tops, sinks, paint some updated LED light fixtures, new ceiling fan, recently we did another large remodel to make all the lights LED and changed out the windows to be energy efficient and rebuilt the front porch. The washer and dryer hook ups are included. Appliances provided are stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Text or email for application. Renter pays electric, water. $200 pet fee per pet, pet must be approved by landlord. NO pit bulls. This is an insurance rule. I cannot make any exceptions. Renter must do their own landscaping.
