Washer and dryer are not included however hook ups are available. There is a gas log fireplace. You are responsible for all utilities except trash and you are also responsible for yard maintenance. Tenant is responsible for all utilities except trash. Tenant is responsible for yard maintenance. No smoking inside at all. Pets are on a case by case basis and must be up to date on all vaccines. No pittbulls our insurance does not allow them. Each pet will require a one time $200 pet fee. Limit of 4 pets.
