This is a house in the country. It has a large yard with a one car carport back deck and front deck. All lights are LED appliances included are refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. The central heat and fire logs are gas. It is still being remodeled and I will upload finished pictures when rooms are completed. We are painting so all walls will be antique white. The kitchen will have new counter tops and updated hardware on cabinets. The entire house has tile floors except bedrooms which are wood flooring. The laundry room has washer and dryer hook ups but actual washer and dryer are not included. I do not work Sunday so do not call me on Sunday. Renter pays trash, electric, water, and gas. Renter must maintain yard and landscaping. $200 pet fee per pet. No pit bulls. This is an insurance rule I cannot make exceptions. Pet must be approved by landlord.
