This unit very nice. It is also very affordable. I am expecting many responses to this post. HOWEVER, the unit is also in the basement. Sometimes, units like this are posted as a 'Garden Level Unit' and that makes it sound like the the exterior ground is at waist or chest height. The unit posted here is not like that. The bedrooms both have nice sized egress windows, but the rest of the windows are pretty small and high. Additionally, the ceilings are of legal height, but they are not overly tall either. The ideal tenant for this unit will be someone who wants a nice and affordable place to live near campus. I hope to meet with you, but I totally understand if you'd rather not waste your time looking at something you won't want! Tenant pays electricity, management pays heat, water, garbage.
