No parking garages or elevators to deal with! You have access to the full townhouse and all amenities within Gulf Highlands, according to their availability at the time of your visit. You will have a unique code assigned at check in for keyless entry to the townhouse. Other details: Security cameras are located at the front doorbell and back patio areas for your safety. Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am. Please respect our neighbors as you enjoy your vacation. Tampering with cameras or WiFi will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. Florida is a tropical destination with lizards, frogs, and bugs outdoors. I can not control nature but have recurring, professional pest control services to prevent pest issues in the townhouse. Refunds will not be given for pests that fly in or run in when the door is open. Please keep doors and windows closed, and seal and store food properly so pests are not attracted inside. Month-to-month lease agreement option. Prefer 6 month lease Aug.1-Jan. 31. Owner pays for all utilities water, trash, electricity, gas, wifi up to average use. *Renter may be billed for excessive use. *Keep thermostat at reasonable temperatures. This can still be comfortable. *Notify owner of running toilets or leaks. 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the house. No smoking inside the property. *Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for lingering smoke or cannabis smells. Lawn care is included. 2 dogs max allowed, enforced by HOA. *HOA will fine for not picking up pet waste. 6 people max allowed, enforced by HOA.
