Walk to all the downtown sites without paying downtown prices. Applicants must show proof of income of 3 times rent, and have a rental history. We will need to speak in person to your current landlord and a second rental reference. We DO check at the courthouse for history of evictions, which will disqualify you. First time renters may use credit scores or a co-signer with a rental history. 2300 due a signing, even if you move in late in the month. Pro-rated months are charged at the second month, so the amount due at signing does not change. Tenant pays for Utilities. All leases are month-to-month.
