Our living room has couches already, so keep that in mind. We have a separate dining room as well. We also have a huge backyard and an extra off-street parking space. We can accommodate three cars, but you are welcome to register for a parking permit to park on the street. You can walk to the Courthouse metro station in 7 minutes. You can also walk to the Clarendon metro station in 10-15 minutes. You are walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Clarendon and Courthouse bars and restaurants.
