A recreation room with a foosball table, Golden Tee Arcade & Nintendo Switch, and a beautiful deck overlooking the backyard fire pit and pool areas. If you are looking for a classic Texas cookout, enjoy the 26" Weber charcoal Kettle. Also, in the kitchen we have double ovens, a gas range, Ninja coffee maker and loads of utensils and cookware to make your culinary projects a breeze. Smart TVs are spread throughout the main house, so everyone can enjoy their own personal entertainment. The bedrooms are spacious, (two King rooms, a double Queen and a single Queen). There is an updated bathroom in the main hall, a bathroom connected to the main bedroom (with a tub), and a third bathroom out in the Casita-Theater, which is right next to the pool. There is plenty of parking with a garage/carport (one side is open), full double driveway, and a small secondary horseshoe driveway. Owner pays utilities: Water, Electric, Gas, Internet (1000/1000), Gardening, Pest, Trash and Pool Cleaning (Once/week). These are included in the rental cost. There is parking in the carport, main driveway and horseshoe driveway. Please do not park on the street. Pets are allowed within reason. Tenant must clean up after them, pet deposit is for pet damages or waste. No wild or unusual animals please. Trash bins are in the alley. Please empty your trash bags into the bins as necessary. The bins are picked up once a week. The short term fee is only for rentals under 30 days. This is to collect and pay the Short Term Rental tax of 16.75% charged by the City/County/State on any rental under 30 days. Optimal lease is 30+ days, but we are flexible-- STR permit posted below. Please be cautious renting for less than 30 days to someone without a valid permit. The house will be professionally cleaned before move-in. There is a $250 cleaning fee (pass-through) for our cleaners to professionally clean upon move-out. HOUSE RULES: This is a very quiet and respectful neighborhood, and we stay in close contact with our valued neighbors. Please be aware of the sound level in the movie theater, especially at night. (The speakers are powerful!) No smoking inside any buildings We do not allow parties or loud gatherings. No music after 8:30 in outside areas.
