From one end of the balcony you can see Royal St., and the other end you can see part of the pool. The sitting area in front of the window is a common area. The beds in the picture are two doubles. The condo dues are $196 a month which includes water, trash pickup, termite control, and other insurance. The insurance on my unit is $52 a month with State Farm. Last year my taxes were $1,160.43
