Our large yard has a 30ft boat completely restored and made into a guest house. It has a large comfy bed, bath with shower, dining area, outside living room and kitchen. Kitchen includes a small refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee kettle and hot plate. There is a private outdoor patio exclusive for your use to get sunshine and enjoy our great temperature. We have laundry facilities and a swimming pool for your use on site. You have the whole boat to yourself in a fenced, secure neighborhood close to beach, public transit and train, parks, library, tennis courts, shopping, restaurants and hiking trails. The boat includes all utilities and is fully furnished, including linens, dishes and other stuff as needed. Owners live in a separate house on property. Owner pays for water, electricity, WIFI, trash, sewer. Owner does not have cable TV. Lease will be month to month, with a 30 days notice. Boat must be maintained clean and orderly as when moved in . There is no smoking, vaping, candles or anything fire related in the boat. There is one dog on the property, and no other animals are permitted. Parking in the main driveway for a small car. Lots of street parking and any vehicle leaking oil must park on street. Tenant must work off property. Tenant should be under 6 feet tall as ceiling is 6'6". Small area is perfect for one person.
