This is a brand new home within the Watersedge community, which is right next-door to the most exciting New Town Center, Eastport. It is fully furnished with brand new furnishings and I only purchased the house in April 2025. I currently have it rented as an Airbnb, but I've decided to create a long-term rental instead. I want someone that loves the home as much as I do. Renter pays for water, gas, and electrical. I have a lawn service that you can continue, but you would be required to pay for it. The home has an actual home warranty for another nine months so much of the things that would be damaged would be covered under that warranty. You would be responsible for any items not related to typical wear and tear. Unfortunately, there is no smoking nor pets allowed because I have floors that are not pet friendly. As from smoking, I have a very serious lung disease that prevents me from allowing smokers or vapours in the home or around the property at all sorry. You would be required to sign a one year lease, which is standard. If you wanted it out early, I would certainly be willing to negotiate it so don't ever feel like you're locked in. Included in the lease is the actual fee for the amenities. You will actually be allowed to use the amenities of The Villages as if you're an owner. The amenities are too long to list. You'll have to talk to me directly to find out, but it's an amazing community.
