We are being transferred out of state, and need to move the end of February, maybe sooner. Our lease is for 6 months and goes thru August 29th, 2016. Rockford floor plan. Washer and dryer are not included, but you can buy ours or bring your own. We are on the 2nd floor and also have an attached garage with plenty of storage and room. I have a lady interested who wants a roommate to transfer from her apt. to ours, if you are looking. Otherwise, we will let a family take it over.
