This unit also has a garage with direct access to the house! Has in unit laundry. This would be Until May 30th. We would have to add you to the lease which is a $250 charge. We are trying to avoid paying the lease breaking fee. We would pay $100 of the rent which is actually $1520, bringing your rent price down to $1400. Utilities are not included in rent.
