We just painted, installed stainless appliances and carpet. The interior has two living areas, a spacious kitchen and large walk in pantry. The property is clean and ready to move in. We do our diligence on the applicants and this process can take a few days to a week. Good Credit is NOT the end all be all and WE DO consider applicants with bad credit....submit an explanation. Our expectation is a tenant that meets our cleanliness standard and standard of demonstrating past responsibility.
