If the booking is made within 60-days of the first date of you stay, then 100% of the total rent and security deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Rent is non-refundable unless a suitable replacement tenant for the same period at the same rate can be found. Check in at 4 PM and check out is 10 AM. A temporary resident ID to access all The Villages has to offer is available for $50 (optional). Security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure after inspection of the property.
