There is a communal front porch and a very large back yard that is open for anyone to enjoy. The bedroom in these units are small but has a spacious living room/kitchen area. Pets are possible with a non refundable deposit and possibly a bump in rent depending on size and quantity. You will be responsible for gas and electric and I will cover the rest of utilities.
