Lease Duration The lease shall be for a minimum term of six (6) months, up to a maximum term of twelve (12) months, unless renewed or terminated according to this agreement. Any extension beyond the initial term must be agreed to in writing by both Landlord and Tenant. 2. Rent Monthly Rent: $2,300 per month. Rent is due on or before the 1st day of each month.
