There is also a fantastic day care just minutes away that we used for our son. We have done quite a few upgrades over the past few years, including installing new Frigidaire "Gallery" series stainless Steel Kitchen appliances (microwave, convection oven, fridge and dishwasher) prior to the last renting. They still look brand new!
