This apt. has been recently painted. The downstairs tenant has 2 dogs that are very well behaved. Parking is close to the unit and there is a space for unloading. This apt. is best suited for a single person. Windy Hills Farm is 7 miles to Athens on a state route. We have an entrance and exit driveway. There is a common area up by the barn with chairs and picnic tables for watching the sunset or gathering with friends. Check out our website for more information. All renters are required to sign a 1 year lease. There is no smoking in the rentals or any inside area on the farm. Utilities that are included in monthly rent are electric, gas, water, trash and recycling. Renter is responsible for internet which the tenant in the bottom apt. is willing to share. Outdoor area is maintained by the owner. Pets must be spayed or neutered and be on a leash when outside of the rentals. Pets must be approved by the owner or the rental manager. This is a working farm with horses. It is our responsibility to provide a safe environment for our horses and riders. The owner and rental manager live onsite.
