This apt. is an upper unit rental with stairs and is located 6 miles from Athens. The grounds here are beautiful. We have a common area up near the horse barn to watch our beautiful sunsets or share a meal with friends, there are also trails to hike. We have an entrance and an exit driveway that is maintained all year. It is common for horse trailers to be at the farm as well as tractors and other equipment moving about, tenants need to be respectful of horses and riders and farm equipment. All dogs must be on a leash when outside, and tenants are required to clean up after their pets. All prospective dogs with be tested with horses before approval. Only indoor cats are allowed as we have an outside farm cat. Rental manager lives on site, and we have a maintenance person that is here 3 days a week. Utilities included in the monthly rent are heat, AC, water, garbage, and lawn maintenance. Internet is not included. Rentals are subject to a 1 yr. lease, with security deposit same as the rent, and the pet deposit is 1/2 the rent all due upon signing. No smoking allowed.
