We are 6 miles from Athens and this is a working farm. The owner's business is on site across from this unit. The grounds are beautiful, there is a common area up near the horse barn to watch our beautiful sunsets, there are trails to hike. We have a entrance and an exit driveway that is maintained all year. It is common for horse trailers to be at the farm renters need to be respectful of riders and clean up after their dogs. Rental manager lives on site, we also have a maintenance person who is here at least 3 days a week. A one year lease is required, all utilities are included in your rent except for internet. This is a horse farm, all dogs will be tested on horses before approved. All dogs must be on a leash when outdoors. Only indoor cats are allowed as we have a outside farm cat.
