    Well Maintained Rancher close to downtown, Bristol Brewery, and the west side attractions. Home has new exterior and interior paint, deck has been stained, and kitchen cabinets painted. Home has new carpet, newer laminate flooring, new light fixtures in bathroom, some new electrical plate covers. Roof was replaced 5 years and some newer vinyl windows. 2 closets for storage near the bathroom will be appreciated along with the double sinks in the bathroom. The homeowner planted many items to bloom throughout the year with an extensive list of plants. A trumpet vine is planted in the corner where the fences meet behind a hawthorn tree. Inside the gate along the fence there is a large Royal purple smokebush in the corner with golden ninebarks on each side. There are also summer wine ninebarks and a maple shrub along the fence and a golden spirit smokebush in the yard. The tree next to the deck is a twisty baby locust and the small tree in front of the chain link fence is a seven son flower tree which blooms in fall. There are grapes and raspberries by the half chain link fence. Perennials and bulbs are scattered throughout the yard next to the patio. In the back yard are 2 Viburnum shrubs.
