Criteria for rental: 620 Credit score or above on all three reports. No UD's (unlawful detainers i.e. a previous eviction). Rent is to be equal to or less than 35% of monthly income--total earnings per month of tenants (collectively) is $4950 or more, per month. $1650 damage deposit plus first month's rent due upon signing lease. To qualify, a criminal background check and credit check will be completed on prospective tenants. No pets. First lease term is 13 months (thru August 30, 2027), then 1-year terms after that.
