This two-bedroom basement unit is located in an incredible quiet neighborhood in Springville close to the Hobble Creek trail. All utilities and wifi are included in the rent, and this unit includes its own washer and dryer. The basement does stay pretty cool year round, but the gas fireplace allows tenants some control over the basement temperature. The property is available now, and we are looking for tenant(s) who can move in no later than July 1st. This unit is a permitted accessory dwelling with a separate outside entrance and two off-street parking spaces. No additional vehicles are allowed. Tenants do not have access to the backyard. If you drive by, please ignore the messy front yard. We are having the landscaping updated in a couple of weeks, so it looks pretty pathetic right now. The square footage is an estimate.
