Located near 15th Cornhusker/Superior Freshly painted, went under a full home remodel a couple years ago. Owner Pays Trash, any large trash items outside of regular pick ups are billed back to tenant. Rent is inclusive of yard maintenance, but tenant is required to scoop their own snow/sidewalk. If you want us to include this, we can for an extra tfee. Tenant pays their own electric and water. Lease duration is 12 months. No smoking, no pets. If tenant is found responsible for reasons that basic items are broken (dishwasher, washing machine, ect) it will be billed back to you.
