Awesome unit. A lot of open space and the view is south east lake view from both rooms. You're seeing older photos of unit: The bathroom has been updated, kitchen has stainless steel appliances. Quartz counter top, laminate wood floors. Marble bathroom floors. Excellent closet space and very large spacious rooms. The building is steps to the lake front and excellent roof top views. Health Club and laundry room in building. If you have a car or guests it's a valet service building. Water, Cable included in Rent. Renter pays for the electric which is for the window AC. Building has in wall heaters. A cleaning fee will be applied if unit is not left as it's found. A typical fee is $250. This is what I pay. The unit will be professionally cleaned. The owner pays this. When renter moves out the unit must be left as it was found. A deep cleaning is required.
