A large porch and an ample back deck. The backyard has lots of potential for gardens and bonfires. Landscaping is the tenant's responsibility. There's a basement for storage for tools. Separate A/C for each floor and electricity is solar panels. The neighborhood is friendly! Downtown Westview is walkable with delicious, cute restaurants to enjoy. Or hop on the Beltline to get some time in nature. Lee & White with Monday Night Brewery & gelato is also a short bike ride. The house is available starting July 10th (contact if you have any special requests) and the first month's rent will be pro-rated. The house comes partially furnished with only a few items like a soft leather West Elm couch & West Elm dresser. No beds. There is a paved area within the fence in the backyard for one car. If you have other cars, they park on the street. We are private renters and this residence was custom built with love & care. Looking for solid renters to take care of it and enjoy. Please do not contact us about flexible rentals, property management, etc. Tours will need to be coordinated with current tenants but 4-6pm weekdays is usually a good time. Tenant pays all utilities. All utilities except power will be setup in the tenants name. The house is setup for AT&T Fiber or Comcast cable. Gas water heater and stove. The solar panels will cut down on your utilities during the hot summer months when the AC is running a lot and also helps during the winter. Tenant is responsible for the yard work. There are some yard tools available to assist with this. Or you can pay one of our neighbors who is happy to do it. Pets are welcome but must be pre-approved. Smoking inside is strictly forbidden. The house will come minimally furnished (various: a couch, chairs, dresser for use in the closets, some dishware. No existing beds).
