I will be occupying the primary bedroom. Roommates will have full access to the kitchen, living room, in-unit washer and dryer, and all common areas. The community also features grilling areas, a fireplace, and a half basketball court. Rent: * Larger bedroom (with larger closet): $1,700/month * Slightly smaller bedroom: $1,600/month Monthly rent includes electricity, water, gas, and high-speed internet. Parking: * The $1,700 room includes one parking space in the two-car garage. * The $1,600 room includes access to the ample guest parking available within the community. House Expectations: Friends and guests are welcome! I just ask that there are no loud get-togethers on weeknights and that everyone is respectful of the shared spaces. About Me: I'm a young professional working in local government and have a master's degree in Public Administration. I'm pretty laid-back, social, and easy to get along with. The rooms will be available in mid-September. A $500 security deposit is required. Ideally, a roommate who anticipates a minimum of 12 month stay.
