    What's special

Price edited to account for tenant paying internet & Xcel. INCLUDED: water, in-unit laundry, trash/recycling, weekly mowing, Peloton bike and membership, home theater projector and Roku streaming device, complete furnishings, houseplants (if you want 'em), ADT security system, and 1 garage parking spot. - Welcome to Casa de Hygge, our fully furnished 2BD/1BA (+basement+garage) townhome that features Art Deco architecture and a mix of clean Scandinavian lines with rustic Guatemalan decor. It's a compact floor plan but feels huge, thanks to an open layout, brand new kitchen with white counters, and tons of natural light. The location is the best of both worlds. Turn left and you can enjoy the greenery and tranquil walks that Forest Parkway and Park Hill have to offer. Turn right and you run into ice cream, dispensaries, Marczyk's, restaurants & bars, and more, all within walking distance. It's an easy bus ride into downtown. Traveling nurse? We are a short distance to: Rose Medical: 1.0 miles National Jewish: 1.0 miles Saint Luke's/Saint Joseph/Cancer Centers of CO/Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children: 2.7 miles Denver Health: 4.4 miles Anschutz Medical Campus: 5.5 miles Swedish Medical: 9.0 miles Amenities: This is our real house and primary residence, and we will leave you the goodies and extras we have set up. Instead of a TV, we have a projector in the main bedroom: curl up in bed and stream your faves through Roku on a 100-inch picture (home theater vibes!). We will also leave the Peloton bike and membership for you to use with your own guest account. We have a couple sets of weights and a half ball you can use too--no need to join the gym! The basement contains the laundry room and game room, furnished with a legit ping pong table and small beverage fridge. The second bedroom is a little smaller than the main bedroom, but it still could function as a proper bedroom, as it has a super comfy, brand new full size murphy bed and a closet. We could also leave the desk and chair, as it has been functioning as our home office and we just pull down the bed when we have guests. We have central A/C with programmable Wifi thermostat and new appliances: gas range, fridge, very quiet dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Finally, the wood-burning fireplace is an awesome feature that will keep you cozy through the winter season. As a townhome, you will share one wall with the unit next door and share the backyard with three other units. The front, however, is all yours! Recently fenced, the private front yard is the perfect place to relax after a long day with its plush patio furniture, maturing landscaping, and cozy outdoor lights. The lease will start early or mid January, with end date between mid-August and Sept 1. Please contact us with your desired length of stay and we'll see what we can work out! Priority will be given to parties who can stay the whole timeframe. Cost of rent includes: water, in-unit laundry, trash/recycling, weekly mowing, Peloton bike and membership, home theater projector and Roku streaming device, complete furnishings, houseplants (if you want 'em), ADT security system, and 1 garage parking spot. Tenant pays for internet and Xcel (in-unit electricity & gas). Renters are expected to treat our place with care and respect, as we are real humans and this is our real house. It's only due to a family medical emergency that we need to rent out our place. Absolutely no smoking indoors, please. We are both allergic to cats, so please no cats, either. Dogs are ok, as long as they're house trained and won't disrupt our lovely neighbors with all day barking fits. Tenants will be responsible for their own snow removal.
