I have two of these 2-bedroom houses available immediately, and two more of them will be available in August. They have all been recently renovated and are like new inside. They are about 1/2 mile from campus and there is a covered bus stop that is right across the street from our property, so easy access to the campus and the Oxford Square by bus without the need to drive and park. The Oxford bike/walking path also runs right across the back of our property, so you have easy access to that path as well. These houses are all located in the same location and are on a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. Each bedroom is extra-large with its own master bath, so each person has a master type bedroom and bath without the need to share a bath or to decide who gets the better bedroom. Includes all appliances, with a full-size washer and dryer as well. Move into one of the two currently open units and get the rest of July for free. Your rent includes your water, sewer and trash bills. These units are all electric, and you would have to pay your electric bill along with cable and internet if either of those two services are needed. We require a one-year lease. Note that these are all non-smoking homes. If you smoke, we do require that you do so outside on the porch or rear deck.
