This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath home on a quiet cul-de-sac less than 1/2 mile from campus. This house is designed for two roommates, so it has two large master bedrooms, both with a walk-in closet and a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. There is no need to argue over who gets the master bedroom and bath here! While these homes are close enough to walk to football and baseball games, there is also a covered bus stop right across the street for those that like to take public transportation to the university or downtown. The Oxford walking/bike path also runs right across the back of our property, so easy access to that path and through Oxford. We require a one year's lease. Rent includes water, sewer trash and yard work, so you do not have to mow grass. You pay for electricity along with cable and internet if needed. All of our homes are non-smoking units, so if you smoke, you must go outside of the unit to smoke. We do not require renter's insurance, but our insurance would not cover your personal or food items should the need occur, so we recommend that people have renters insurance as it is usually a very minimal cost.
