I have one of these 1-bedroom units (Unit 4) coming available in October. This unit is on the bottom floor. These condos are less than a mile from campus. These are very nice units with 9 ft ceilings, canned lighting, granite counter tops and all appliances, including a washer/dryer. We do not allow couples or roommates in these units. If you send me an email address, I can send you a walkthrough video of the inside of the unit. Rent Includes Water, Sewer and Trash. Tenant pays Electric, Cable and Internet if needed. We require a one-year lease.
