With a large private deck, shared outdoor yard and hot tub, we love our property and would love to share it with the right person or couple. We're in the perfect spot in OCC: 1 mile to downtown, and one mile to Historic OCC. Stainless steel appliances, custom wide plank floors, newly renovated bathroom, and sky lights that keep the main room bright. All utilities (including high speed internet) are included, and there is laundry on the property. There are 2 labradoodles on the property- one being a seizure service dog, so we have a solid no- pet policy. We would love to find a great single or couple that is clean, quiet, and is kind to the dogs. Some specifics on lease/rules: -Absolutely no smoking -Because we are foster parents to teens, we cannot have children tenants :( -NO pets/animals. We have a service dog on the property. -Off Street parking for up to 2 cars -No parties/large gatherings (dinner party stuff is cool) Lease is for 6 months, longer term or month to month possible after 6 month is up.
