We have 2 labradoodles on property, one being a seizure service dog. I'm sorry, not exceptions. No large parties or gatherings. Dinner party/small hangouts around the fire are good. Because we share the yard, we'll be your neighbors! So having a compatible, clean person is a bonus. 6 month lease with $500 security deposit.
