The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops, new cabinets installed in 2023. There are 2 sheds in the backyard. The property offers a large, fenced backyard for kids. It is located in a quiet family-friendly cul-de-sac. There is a laundry corner with hook-ups for washer and dryer. The heating and A/C systems have been completed and upgraded. Bedrooms have closets/walk-in closets. The bedrooms have original hardwood floors. Pets aren't allowed except for service dogs and very small animals such as turtles (aquariums aren't allowed except for terrariums). No smoking in the house and no drug allowed on the property. Family status and relationship between occupants will have to be disclosed at the time of application. Sublease isn't allowed. All adults living in the house during the lifetime of the lease have to go through a proper background check, and employment/income history check to be authorized on the lease. All information given during the application process will be verified. The security deposit is 2-month rent. Tenant responsible for all utilities. For a rent-to-own opportunity, please contact the owner for terms and conditions. The property is currently going through maintenance and repair between tenants. This property will be available soon. The house is currently being repaired and cleaned up between tenants. We offer a 12-month lease agreement. If tenants pay their rent on time, comply with the lease terms and don't damage the property the lease will be renewed annually. Tenants pay for utility uses/third party services. Tenant insurance is required. Tenants must have a minimum of 650 credit score. All tenants must demonstrate a reliable employment history and income. The employment status will be verified with employers. Deposit will be made by check and ideally from the banking institution where your income (from your employer) is deposited. Income information will be verified with employers, tax returns and bank statements. The payment history for former rentals will be verified with former landlords. Background and Credit Check are required. No pet allowed except for service pets and very small animals that can't cause odors or damages. Occasional Inspections will be scheduled with new tenants to check that the house is well maintained and that the occupants of the house are those mentioned in the lease. Any lease violation, fraud, omission or false information given during the rental application process will trigger an eviction process.
