There are 2 guest rooms/efficiencies for rent, with a bathroom between them. We have outdoor seating available to enjoy the view. You can enjoy all the incredible activities that The Villages has to offer. There is ample parking in the cul-de-sac, and spaces for golf carts also. There are two guest rooms available, with one shared bathroom, possibly, depending on if the other room is occupied. There is an air mattress available, if needed by guest #3, for use inside one of the rooms. There are miniature refrigerators and microwaves in each room. There is a gas grill available, with a gas burner, and cooking supplies provided for it. Basically, we provide utensils and dishes inside each room, with the option to use an electric skillet, coffee maker, and electric kettle inside each room. The idea is for each guest room to be mostly self sufficient. Dishes can be put in our dishwasher. Please think of it like renting an efficiency, since we provide kitchen supplies and cooking options that can be used inside the rooms and in the screened in patios. We are providing a low priced option for people to experience the villages, and hoping they are content with a private room and a beautiful backyard and screened in patio that also has a TV, a gas grill, a gas fire pit, and several lounge areas. There are miniature refrigerators and microwaves in each room. There is a gas grill available. The grill has a burner for pots and pans, that we provide for guests. We have a mostly quiet and well behaved Shitsu doggie that does not shed and is non-allergenic/hypoallergenic. She stays out of the guest wing, especially if the door to the guest wing is shut. You will be provided an entry code to the house so that you can come and go as you please, anytime, day or night. Please note there is a surveillance/security camera present on the doorbell and in the kitchen. The cost for each room varies , depending on the season. The only storage you will have available is inside your room. There is no access to the garage. Enjoy reverse osmosis filtered drinking water from the kitchen sink.
