Lease term is 12months, no month to month or short term rental. Last months rent deposit required and amount returned at end of lease term will be determined at final walk through and cleaners bid. Application and background check is required. Tours will be given only to qualified applicants. Accommodates one to four people maximum. No subletting. Rent must be paid in full by the 3rd of each month or late fee of $50 will be incurred for each late month's payment.
