This is a peaceful, well-kept home not a high-turnover rental so I'm looking for someone who values stability, cleanliness, and mutual respect. Rent includes a fully furnished private bedroom, private bathroom with a tub shower, and access to all shared living spaces, including the kitchen, living room, laundry, and bonus room.
